This policy explains how NAZARE handles personal information on the Candidate Platform (the community, membership, roles, events, and content at this site). It applies when you browse public pages, create an account, apply to join, or use the product while signed in.
Who we are
The Candidate Platform is operated by NAZARE. Privacy questions go to team@nazaredeploy.com.
Information we collect
Account
When you sign up with email, we store your name and email address. Your password is managed by our authentication provider, and we cannot see or access it. When you continue with Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub, we receive the identity that provider shares with us, typically your name, email address, and a provider account identifier. We do not receive your password for those services.
Membership and profile
You choose what else to give us. That can include:
- How you describe your work, current role, company, and location
- A LinkedIn URL and other profile links
- Experience, preferences, and compensation expectations
- A CV or résumé, if you upload one
- Notes you add when you request an introduction to a role
Activity on the platform
We store what you do in the product so it can function: membership status, saved roles, introduction requests, community posts, event responses, content you mark complete, and messages you send.
Technical data
Like most web apps, we process the data needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service: session cookies, a brand preference cookie, IP address and browser details in server logs, and error logs. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
How we use it
- Create and secure your account
- Review membership applications and run the community
- Show roles, events, and content, and remember what you save
- Introduce you to a hiring team when you request an introduction
- Send account email, such as verification, password reset, and membership updates
- If you upload a CV, extract the text and use an AI provider to suggest profile fields you can accept or ignore
- Keep the service reliable and investigate abuse or security issues
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Your profile is private by default. NAZARE staff can see membership and profile information in order to run the community. We share relevant profile details with a hiring company only as part of an introduction you request. Community posts are visible to other members of the community.
